A private entrance to the Little Eazy makes you feel like you’re in your very own home. We provide the perfect casual cottage that has two separate sleeping areas and a private bath. The air-conditioned cottage offers cable TV, radio, wifi, and a private phone. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, hot plate, hot skillet, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include towels, linens, shampoo, etc. We provide coffee and tea for your arrival.
The Little Eazy Guest Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. In addition the couch in the living room folds out to a full size bed.
You can relax and read a book in the privacy of the back patio with a hot tub and comfortable furniture. We also have a front yard with a swing where you can sit and enjoy watching the carriages make their way back to the stables, or the bananas grow on our banana trees!
Permit parking is available at no extra charge while staying at the Little Eazy. We are licensed and inspected by the city of New Orleans
Regular rates $165.00 per night for 2 people & $185.00 per night for holidays.
Minimum 3-night stay.
Additional charge of $20 each per person over 2 during regular season.
Additional charge of $25 each per person over 2 during high season and holidays.

Recently the state of Louisiana has passed a new sales tax law. This tax rate will take effect on July 1st. The state tax is now 10%. The Little Eazy is a legal guesthouse and we support the city and the state of Louisiana. This charge will be added to the cost of your stay.
